Smoking Policy?
There is no smoking or vaping inside or outside any of our properties.
May I bring my pet?
All of our properties are now pet-friendly with no breed restrictions. Guests must pay a pet fee, clean up all waste, and utilize the furniture covers.
Is there a pet fee?
Yes. There is a non-refundable $200 pet fee. Failure to disclose a pet will result in an automatic cancellation of the booking without a refund.
How old do I need to be to book?
You must be at least 25 to book.
Is there Wifi?
Yes, the wifi network and password are provided with check-in instructions.
Is the property suitable for children?
Children are welcome. We provide high chairs, pack and play, children’s dinnerware, and games/toys. Please keep in mind our properties are not child-proofed with baby gates, drawer pulls, outlet covers, etc.
What if I get sick or there is bad weather and I am unable to come?
Please carefully read our cancellation policy and note we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance so you receive a full refund in the event you are unable to make your reservation at the last minute.
What is the security hold?
A temporary security hold is required as part of the rental agreement to book our properties. Three days before arrival the security hold is in effect and it is released up to five days post-check-out upon inspection of our property. Often we release the day of checkout.
